Returns and Exchanges
MLEONI jewelry always ships free within the U.S. Please allow a processing time of three days.
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal.
Returns postmarked within 7 days of shipment will be eligible for full return to payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
All items must be returned to us in their original condition with all original tags still attached. Unworn + Undamaged.
Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Damaged + Defective Items:
Our team checks all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you. But, we know we are human and sometimes make mistakes. If you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective, this section is for you!
Damages must be reported to us prior to wear. Tags must still be attached.
All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted.
Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email be sure to provide us with a description of the defect, your first and last name and your order number. Please also include a picture of the damaged + defective area. In the subject line state "order number, DAMAGE RETURN REQUEST"
Once we have processed your return request you will receive an email containing either, a denial of your return request or, a unique approval code. If your request has been approved you may then print our MLEONI Return Form. Be sure to print your return approval code on the form, include form in shipping box and mail with the defective item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your return item. If your return is in compliance with our terms, you will be eligible for exchange of the same item or store credit for the amount of original purchase.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
